Our Workshop Classes


Do you think you have what it takes to do what we do? Would you like a glimpse into our world? To see the techniques we use to pick, age and prepare our meat? And would you like to have a go yourself?

Our butchery workshop classes will provide you with the opportunity to do all of these and hopefully more. We aim to teach you what to look for in selecting meat, tips on cooking the different breeds as well as allowing you to prepare and take home your own joint.

There will be three classes available, beef, pork, and poultry and lamb, with a sausage and curing class to follow soon. Food will also be provided, with a glass or two of wine to accompany the meal, if you are so inclined.

The classes will be held at our Pitshanger Lane shop and will generally run on weekday evenings from 7pm to 9.30pm.

The price of each will be:

Beef: £125.00

Poultry & Lamb: £115.00

Pork: £110.00
